1. Cancellation Timeline
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not been dispatched from our Haiderpur warehouse.
2. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email care@kapli.in or call +91 9625453346 with your Order ID.
3. Post-Dispatch
If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse the delivery. In such cases, a small shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund Processing
Once a cancellation is confirmed, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
